Owen is the Founder and CEO of May Davis Partners, an investment bank and advisory practice and has more than 30 years of experience providing financial and management resources to small-cap and middle-market companies. He has facilitated numerous mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, and has extensive experience in business turnaround and restructuring, corporate finance, IPOs, and business development. Owen additional has led many cross-border transactions and maintains investment interests in Israel, Europe, and China. Owen received an M.B.A. from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in biology from University of Miami.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mr. Brevig joined MD Global Partners in 2018. He has approximately 20+ years of experience working in the domestic and international securities markets. Prior to joining MD Global, he served as the Managing Director at Columbus Advisory Group for 6 years. He also served as financial advisor for institutional firms including National Securities Corporation, Oppenheimer and Argent Wealth Management<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Wayne has been in the industry for over 30+ years and during that time has held numerous executive titles at some of the most prestigious brokerage firms on Wall Street. He was previously a partner in the KG division of Ladenburg Thalmann, a Sr. Vice President at the Rotan Mosley division of Paine Webber (now UBS) and also a Middle Market Director at ING Barings Bank under the direction of Larry Kudlow (former senior economic advisor for President Ronald Reagan) \u00a0Wayne specializes in debt restructuring, M&A and Capital raise transactions etc. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions in the UK, Brazil, Israel, and the United States.<\/div>\n
Wayne majored in economics at the University, of Miami and Quinnipiac University. He currently holds the 7, 63 and 24 licenses.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
